PLACE DESCRIPTION

PROTECTING YOUR PROPERTY

Mandatory, the site description at the beginning and at the end of the rental period is a protection for the condition of your property.
The site description makes it possible to establish the condition of the property at the beginning of the tenancy, to check that it complies with the rules relating to housing code standards, but also to establish any damage caused by the tenant during his occupation.

Site survey on arrival

The agent will visit the property in the presence of you and your tenant and will make a clear, accurate, detailed and contradictory inventory on arrival (in the presence of both parties). This inventory must be carried out before the end of the first month of the tenant's occupation.

Inventory on departure

Carried out in the same way as the inventory description, our agent ensures a good comparison with the latter (comparison with the written and photographic report) in order to protect you as much as possible in case of rental damage.

Documents

Once drawn up by our agent and signed by both parties, he will give you each a copy and keep one at the agency.
If it appears that the tenant has caused any damage (other than wear and tear or dilapidation), he must repair it at his own expense (or else part of it will be deducted from the rental deposit).
